Gymnastics is hard on the body at any age… but at 32 it sometimes feels like I’m actively falling apart. Thankfully, Ally at Foundations Physical Therapy keeps me functioning. She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and truly understands what an aging gymnast needs. With longer practices and harder skills, she has helped me feel better, move better, and keep doing what I love. I leave every session feeling human again. Highly recommend!

Back pain is gone! I coach and have young kids of my own so moving around often is a necessity! Ally used hands on care and 1on1 modalities to help me literally get back on my feet. I will continue to see her at Foundations!

Ally is awesome. I was having severe back pain, and she helped diagnose my problem. She is very knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients. She took the time to listen to my issues and explained thoroughly what I needed to do next. I would highly recommend her for any PT issues or any issues concerning functional medicine. She goes out of her way to make patients feel better but more importantly that they feel heard and see improvements in the way they move , feel and look. Ally is a phenomenal physical therapist. She takes time to listen to your complaints, thoroughly diagnoses your issues, creates an action plan, and follows up to evaluate results. I went to see her with multiple challenging problems and she has helped me navigate back to better than 100%. She is a solo, independent practitioner which is so rare in today’s highly corporatized health care. Highly recommend.

Ally was instrumental in helping me hit my most recent marathon PR! I picked up a calf strain 5 weeks before my marathon and thanks to her I was not only able to make it to the line on race day healthy and confident, but I was able to perform to the best of my ability! Ally is excellent at actively listening, accurately identifying root cause, and sharply formulating the best plan to help you get to where you want to be! However, what separates her in my opinion, is her empathy towards the everyday athlete pursuing their goals and making health a priority! She gets it! I plan to continue to work with her while I train for marathons whether that’s treating an acute injury or being proactive and learning how to stay healthy as possible! I highly recommend!
