I can’t say enough good things about Alexa. From day one, she created a safe and welcoming environment where I felt completely comfortable discussing concerns that can sometimes feel embarrassing. She is knowledgeable, patient, and truly listens. She took the time to explain what was happening in my body and gave me practical exercises and guidance that made a real difference.
