Foundation Therapy Center

Some of my family members, and I, myself, have been treated by Foundation Therapy Center for years. You could not find a more caring group of medical professionals! Their expertise has never led us wrong, and we have been very pleased with every treatment that we have received and interactions with staff and therapists. I would recommend them to anyone. I can’t say enough about Bev Stegman, and how she runs this business, and her personal therapeutic knowledge and practice!

I have never had a medical professional more ideal than Bev Stegman, and her caring, proficient team at Foundation Therapy Center! If you want to receive excellent treatment and education, with the upmost of personal care for your health and well-being, look no further. My family and I have had numerous treatment and services provided by Beverly and her team of professionals – physical therapy, yoga, reflexology, foot detox, dry needling, nutrition counseling and more. Beverly truly has a passion for helping others and is constantly seeking training and certification in more ways to help her patients/clients and community. I am so blessed and grateful to have found Beverly and Foundation Treatment Center!

My daughter has had only one appointment there. The therapist are great but front office staff needs additional training. Her first appointment was scheduled incorrectly. The front desk staff doesn’t use a computerized scheduling system she uses a calendar. The front office staff also has a smart mouth for no reason. They never answer the phone or return all messages. I was charged a no show fee for an appointment I called several times to reschedule with no answer from them or a return call from the voicemail. Therefore, I changed my daughters therapy to a better facility.

My time with Dr Salgado was very disappointing. I saw her experience and thought she would be experienced enough to handle someone with epilepsy that has widespread issues. I said it was all compiling in my shoulder, and it was nice she focused on my shoulder, but the shoulder pain was a symptom of imbalance. When I was unable to fully turn in a direction she wanted me to, she grabbed my shoulders and forced my body to move, on both sides. Pain seared throughout my entire body to the point where my breath was taken out of me, it was like I had been forced into the splits and I am still in much more pain than I was before that visit. I have trouble going to sleep now for the first time since my big injury- I have narcolepsy! My issue is I’m supposed to fall asleep too easily. I wasn’t seein

I cannot rave enough about the owner and yoga instructor, Bev Stegman. My husband and I both have had successful long-term physical therapy here, as well as numerous reflexology treatments, ionized foot baths, and dry needling. THESE ARE THERAPISTS AND STAFF WHO CARE! I have recommended this business often and also Bev's yoga classes for medical conditions.
