My experience was HIGHLY POSITIVE and greatly exceeded my expectations. As a long time customer of a locally owned and operated dental practice, i discovered that practice was not in network with my insurance so i had to seek a practice that was. I was apprehensive that a practice that appeared to be part of a chain (Forward Dental) would provide the personalized care i was used to. Based on my experience, I assure everyone considering Forward Dental that you will receive extraordinarily personalized care. Well, it was a rough start. Called for appt and finally put it on calendar. Then called 5 times stating that I was looking for an appt earlier with no call backs. Then I received one at 6:25 a.m stating that there were no available appts. Why call at that hour to tell me that there was nothing available? Then I called again and the person that answered said that they indeed have an earlier appt time and that they were trying to get in touch with me. Hmmm. Not true. I finally had an appt and Laura the hygienist was thorough and wonderful. I followed Dr. Conroy from her former employer and she is caring and also a great dentist. I am thrilled to find these professionals. .

If I could give negative stars, I would. This is a horrible office - no one that works here actually does any work. If you like to be ignored and treated badly, then this is the place for you. They do not answer the phone and if you leave a message no one calls back. If you stay on the line long enough, 20 minutes for me today, you'll get someone who can't help you. They can't even transfer your call to someone who can. They'll take a message for you......and no one calls back. They also cancel your appointment without notice, then tell you there was no appointment. We received a text from them asking us to confirm, which we did. Then we show up and there is no appointment. Hard to get in contact with the last two days. No one called back about the referral. I call back again next day at 1pm Friday to find out they closed for the week. Another 3 days of stress and pain added to something so easy to get squared away. This hasn’t been a good experience, unfortunately.
