Karley is amazing! What a unique experience it is to have a doctor who listens and cares, and is actual able to spend time with you. I guarantee that you won’t find anything like this in the big healthcare clinics. I’m so grateful for Fortis Clinic.

Dr. Karley Scoles has made me feel heard! She has worked very hard at helping me get my blood pressure under control and get my health back on track. When other providers were trying to push more and more medications for my high blood pressure, she looked further into finding a reason for why my blood pressure was high. She then made a plan for me to work on and did regular follow ups with me to make sure things were on track. I can now say that I have been able to reduce my blood pressure medications and am working on (hopefully) eliminating the blood pressure medications all together; the numbers are finally normal. I am glad that I have found Fortis Direct Primary Care. I give you 5 stars for excellent care, compassion, and being a great doctor!

Dr Scoles was amazing! She was so helpful and listened to any concerns that I had during our visit. She was very charismatic and had a rapid plan of action for our visit! Booking an appointment was so easy and I was able to be seen next day!

Dr Karley encourages me to keep pushing forward. Having diabetes for most of my life and just never getting it under control has been difficult. She listens to my concerns and lets me talk about my struggles. What a concept! To have a medical professional actually listens and together coming up with a plan, gives me hope! Thank you!
