I went to Kaitlynn with a hip injury that was preventing me from doing my normal activities. She quickly diagnosed what was causing my pain and helped me get back to 100% utilizing a holistic approach. Kaitlynn is great to work with and is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!

When I came to Kaitlynn, I was struggling with low back tightness and pain during strength training. Kaitlynn quickly pinpointed my issue in my first visit! We worked through some movement exercises during which she instructed me in the correct body positioning and bracing cues. I was able to lift heavier in my next back squat workout and did so without pain or tightness! Kaitlynn is not only knowledgeable and efficient but she’s also tons of fun to work with—which goes a long way when you’re injured!

I started nutrition coaching with Kaitlynn in April and she truly turned my relationship with food around! Through her programming I was able to hit my protein goals and develop a healthier relationship with food! Before, I wasn’t putting much thought into my nutrition and that just wasn’t cutting it with my long term fitness goals. With Kaitlynn’s help, I have figured out what works best for me nutrition wise and have a much better understanding of what I need eat to fuel my body properly! A month into Kaitlynn’s nutrition coaching and I am already down 1.0% of body fat and have gained 1.6% of muscle! I HIGHLY recommend Kaitlynn for all things fitness! She’s awesome! Dr. Kaitlynn Dunbar has helped me tremendously with my knee pain. I went to her over a month ago and couldn't even do a lunge, now she has me back at it and feeling great. She has different methods to help with pain instantly while you are there but also exercises/stretches to take home to help with the pain too. I've gone now for both knees and for an elbow; 5 stars all around!
