As you can already tell by this offices crap rating this is a doctor’s office worth skipping. They’ve had me wait up to an hour after my scheduled appointment in the waiting room. Twice Dr. Dux and the office ignored requests for blood pressure medication refills putting my health at risk. Sometimes they renew your prescription at the request of the pharmacy, sometimes they don’t. Kimberly (someone in charge) swears they don’t refill at the pharmacy’s request but I have text messages proving otherwise. They 100% have refilled medications based on requests made by the pharmacy. Do not sign up for Fort Fl clinic on flamingo specially with Dr. Kyle or the office manager. These people will joke around take their time and not care about your timeframe. My appointment was at 12:45. I waited over an hour to be seen and then I was left alone in the office without any feedback. I went out to find out when I would be have my blood test collected to then be told that I had One person in front of me so I decided to wait it and I was on the phone making my mammogram appointment when the office manager came in and insisted in talking to me as I was on the phone with someone else being extremely rude and saying she was gonna go back to work and not care about me. I typical do not write reviews, but I had to speak about my experience. I see one of the nurse practitioners at the Cheyenne location. First, they have the worse phone system. I have been trying to reach someone for 2 days. When I was in the office, other patients were literally walking in to make appointments because no one answers the phone. There is literally no follow up with anyone, including the physicians. Feels like they do not care much about their patients.

Doctor's offices sometimes get hit hard with bad reviews, I get it sometimes things don't go as smooth as you would like, it's how life is sadly. My own situation wasn't going smooth like I thought, so why the 5-star review. I give credit especially to people that go above and beyond, Sandy / Sandra who works for Forte spent over 2 hours on the phone with my insurance company because they needed to be called, being put on hold waiting and waiting. Finally got through and took care of the medication I needed. With out that I would be up a creek without a paddle, many thanks Sandy.

I loved seeing Dr. Yudis at the Henderson location. Unfortunately he retired and I have been bouncing around from one NP to the next. I saw the NP at the Green Valley location and she was to refer me to a specialist (per my insurance) well it was never done, I was told I needed to come back, I get scheduled with another provider and the day of the appointment they call me to tell me I needed to reschedule because the doctor was out. They sent me to the Cheyenne location and it's like I was a burden to them. Kyle was condescending, rude, and told me I had "too many problems" and if I keep adding problems, he will refuse to see me. I will need to come back tomorrow if I wanted to be seen by him. Mind you, I live in Henderson and only drove all the way to the Cheyenne location because the doc
