My father really loves this nurse home We have had such a great experience here! The therapy team does amazing work — they are patient, encouraging, and truly dedicated to helping residents regain strength and confidence. You can tell they really care about each person’s progress. The nurses and CNAs are absolutely wonderful. They are compassionate, attentive, and treat residents with dignity and respect. They respond quickly, communicate well with families, and go above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable and cared for. I had a great experience with this skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The staff was compassionate, attentive, and professional from start to finish. The nurses and therapists truly care about their patients and take the time to explain the care plan and progress. The rehabilitation team was knowledgeable and encouraging, helping ensure a safe and steady recovery. The facility was clean, well-organized, and welcoming, which made the experience even more comfortable. I highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of skilled nursing care or rehabilitation services. Watch your loved one's belongings. My father passed away and his wallet and money disappeared before I could make it to the facility to retrieve them. When I called to retrieve it, the person I spoke with (after being passed around for 20 minutes) told me they had it locked up and gave me an account of its contents including a large sum of money, DL, SS Card and VA card. Before I could make it there within an hour, the person with the key supposedly went home early that day. The next day when I went up there, they informed me that his wallet was missing. Now, I can not take care of my father's needs due to a thief! He passed away on the 5th of February and I am still trying to get his arrangements taken care of. This is shameful! Absolutely shameful.

NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE DOCTORS, THERAPISTS, NURSES, AND THE FAMILY OF THE PATIENT. Have only seen the social worker a few times very early when my brother first came in. Gave his upcoming cardiologist appointment information to the records lady. They missed his appointment. I have no idea what medication he is on, his therapy, his anything. Anytime my husband and I go to see him, he's always in bed, (hair never clean or combed, same shirt, no pants, sometimes laying in a dirty diaper) asleep and is hard to wake up. No where to sit when we come to visit, so we stand the whole time. 3 beds in a room in long term care.

CNAs neglect our loved one. Someone is bed ridden and currently sitting here for over 45 minutes without changing them and letting them sit in their own soil. Then proceeds to get an attitude when she said it wasn’t her job. They don’t care if your loved could get an infection. Imagine what happens when you aren’t there…
