Fort Worth Foot & Ankle

Came to Dr. Banks to get a second opinion on some foot issues I was having. He was VERY thorough, patient, and smart. I didn't feel rushed (like I did at the last Dr. Office) and I genuinely feel like we're moving down a path of figuring out the pain. He also didn't force me to get an X-ray and instead used previous X-rays that had been taken. It was a little more of a wait, but I honestly prefer that, knowing he's taking his time with his patients. Thanks Dr. Banks to you and your staff.

If I could give 10 Stars, I would! Dr. Banks truly is the best in Fort Worth! He listens. I could stop right there. However, not only does he listen, he sits down and explains what’s wrong and what options are available. I personally felt and knew he was teaming up with me to work thru my foot pain. I am walking pain free, thanks to Dr. Banks.

The doctor (banks) is fine, but his front desk staff (morning 10/13/25) staff is a trash mess. She's rude, unprofessional, and nasty. Messed with a patient's appointments (mine) and cancelled an early morning appt (without telling of course) to be petty. Literally, I am leaving this clinic so that I never have to interact with this person again. Doctors, don't hire rude jerks to be your office staff, we see them more than we see you

I was so excited to come to this office, I made an appointment, due to a family emergency I missed the appointment.. I tried to reschedule my appointment but the office manger said I had to pay for missing my appointment before I could even be rescheduled… I could not believe this.. this was so unbelievable to me because I have not even stepped foot in this office yet , but I’m already reported to the credit bureau, they have called my phone several times, including my work place, I have received so many emails… this is not an office who wants to help, it’s an office all about money. I just wonder if the doctors know this goes on.

I was delighted when Dr Banks informed me that some patients will not improve from their Achilles Tendinitis with physical therapy. My physical therapist worked it so hard for a KNEE injury, despite my objections to the pain, he GAVE me the tendonitis. And everyone said don't have the surgery where your tendon is detached from your ankle cuz it could leave you with lifelong injury and foot dangle. So I kept going to therapist after therapist who tried to do the same thing that gave me the problem in the first place. So I was delighted when I went to Dr Banks for my second opinion, And he told me that some people just don't respond to therapy and there was alternate surgery and I could walk the same day! He was extremely kind and reassuring, and with his 4.9 rating I assumed I could trust
