Called to schedule an appointment making it very clear when I would want it and they assured me, they had an opening and they would get me in at 10 o'clock which worked perfect for me. I get here all the doors are locked, and they're doing loud, major construction. Realizing, they're not coming to unlock the door I decided to leave. Then one of the construction workers pulled me back inside saying, ma'am, we are open. They take me to the back corner room which was pretty shady in my opinion, just for the women to speak to me like I'm stupid. SayIng I have no appointment then they decide that I do in fact have an appointment but it's the following week and they refuse to see me even though the building's empty other than the one woman eating a bag of McDonald's smelling up the whole place,

I've been going to Fort Smith Wellness for at least four years, even a few years before they moved to the mall. I almost always go to Sarah but all my experiences have been great. Sarah is very capable, knowledgable and just a nice person. I've been getting the deep tissue from Sarah on a monthly basis (or at least I try to do it this often) and I feel like I've been getting healthier over the years. And if you happen to be stressed out then the massage is that much more of a bonus. I'm grateful for the reasonable prices so that I'm able to get the massages consistently. My husband also goes from time to time and returns much more comfortable and relaxed. Thanks!
