Doctor Dani Cruz and Nurse Emily always take care of me in a timely manner. I'm really grateful to have such a responsive care team that promptly addresses my health care needs with deep care, courtesy, and consideration to each unique situation that arise. They are grade A.

I’ve had a positive experience every single time I’ve been in this facility. Couldn’t ask for more out of team eight. Audiology department is very responsive.

This place started out so well and I had high hopes. Now it takes months to get a appointment and that's only if they don't cancel and reschedule. This isn't care anymore. Just people doing the absolute bare minimum to get by and get paid.

The new V.A. facility is awesome! The new personnel are friendly. They are thorough, and they get things taken care of. The optometry department is great. Lab and radiology / X-ray departments, get things taken care of quickly and efficiently. Acupuncture is outstanding! Very beneficial. The specialist is very knowledgeable and very friendly. She genuinely wants to help veterans. Primary care has vastly improved. Couldn't be happier with Team 4. They get things done. They are friendly and respectful. They are thorough. Overall: Great facility Very clean and well kept Veteran friendly Great location All Staff in all departments are friendly, respectful.

Been hung up on 4 times now by the same individual while attempting to make an appointment. This is absolutely asinine that I am forced to now drive to Fayetteville to seek care. Extremely sad you treat not only vets this way but retirees.
