Great experience, every time. The office staff does a great job translating the technical details into laymen’s terms so you understand exactly what’s going on during your visit. They really value their clients and work with you on getting your treatment handled efficiently. The whole office staff is goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. 5/5 visit. Every time. I recommend this office to my coworkers and friends in the community. I also highly recommend this office to anyone reading this review. If you need to find an office, or are contemplating switching offices. This is your best bet.

Amazing experience! I just started my Invisalign treatment yesterday and I’m already so happy with my decision. The staff at Fort Smith Smiles treated me with so much care and professionalism. Can’t wait to see my results!

I went in for 2 fillings. One cavity is in my lower front tooth but very noticeable! Dentist talked me into getting a $3, 200 root canal & Said they were filling my bottom tooth. Couldn't do it that day, so I had to come back a week later and they did the root canal but they did fillings on whatever teeth they wanted to!! Who does that?? This is 2 years later and $3,200 in the whole and I still don't have my tooth fixed that I originally went in for! I have never had a dentist just do whatever they want! I even asked why they weren't doing my tooth that I originally came in for I got zero answers. I've even called the office explaining asking for a call back never received a call back ever! But they did call me and ask me if I was coming in for my cleaning. Lol!

The office staff are the best and always greet you with a smile and kind word. They remember everything about you. It sure makes it more personal. Great place!!!!
