5 out of 5 everytime. From the moment you walk in the office. Very clean and calming environments. The receptionist was helpful and kind. They have games and TVs to keep the kiddos entertained. We were called back quickly and our two cleaning and appointments took less then an hour. Jealisa was our dental hygienist and she went above and beyond to make my kids feel comfortable and heard. Dr. Acosta had great bedside manor and takes his time to address any concerns. Thank you so much! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everyone in this office is amazing! Every visit is a positive experience. Dr. Bittle always takes time to answer questions and explain things. The hygienists are always kind, gentle and patient! Coming to the dentist isn’t a scary thing for my kids anymore, which is a huge blessing!

My kiddos have been seeing Dr. Acosta for over 5 years! We absolutely love Dr. Acosta! He is friendly, compassionate and very professional. Going to the dentist is not my kids favorite thing to do, but I know they are in good hands with Fort Smith Pediatric Dental Group and team!!!

My 12mo old fell and knocked two of his teeth out of his mouth. ER said to find a dentist immediately. I called Fort Smith Pediatric Dental Group and they wouldn’t see us because we would be new patients with them and they were only seeing established. I just moved to Arkansas two months ago. I haven’t established care anywhere yet. So they refused to see a 12mo old baby whose mouth won’t stop bleeding with two missing teeth out of his mouth. I would expect more from a pediatric practice who specializes in pediatric dental care.
