I recently had an encounter at this facility’s Emergency Department that can only be described as world-class. From start to finish, the level of professionalism and clinical expertise made me feel like a VIP patient—a standard of care one typically only sees portrayed on television. I want to specifically commend Stephanie, RN, for her extraordinary technical skill. As someone with 'pin-sized,' difficult-to-access veins, I am used to painful and repeated attempts. Stephanie accessed them on the first try with zero pain. Beyond her technical proficiency, she remained by my side throughout my scan to ensure the integrity of the IV site, demonstrating a level of dedication to patient safety that is rare and deeply appreciated. Got us in and back super fast, the longest wait was just waiting for the test results which they can’t help that. They offered snacks and drinks. The room for my son was decorated with Mickey. Dr and other staff were all very nice. Super clean as well! Nurse kept us updated while we were waiting for results. Will definitely be going back and I suggest it to everyone.

Outstanding in every way! From the minute I walked in the door, I felt very valued and cared for! Dr. Karen Haney and the staff were outstanding! Very beautiful and clean clinic and they also provide wonderful snacks and drinks! They diagnosed me quickly and I am already feeling better! Kudos to a wonderful medical cloning the absolute best!!

My experience was unlike any ER visit I have ever had. In about an hour and a half from the time I walked in I was greeted, met the doctor, had my exam, got a CT scan and bloodwork done, was diagnosed and out the door with RX called in and one dose given while I was there. Every single person I encountered was friendly, genuine and concerned. Every one of them had a smile on their face and didn't look like they'd rather be somewhere else. Dr. Coffman was great. He communicated well and didn't talk to me like I was less intelligent than him. The wait time was less than 10 minutes, and the place wasn't shoulder to shoulder with people experiencing who-knows-what, so I wasn't worried I'd walk out with something worse than I came in with. Front Desk girls were so wonderful , kind, caring, efficient, sincerely the best I’ve ever experienced at any medical facility , Traci with Radiology highest compliments so so personal caring and just perfection in her care. Dr Cooper was wonderful to me so completely thorough and communicated everything with me . The facility is so clean so warm wasn’t freezing like most ER . I will never go anywhere else .
