Dr. Paul Moll has been my eye doctor since 2020. His “bed side manner” has always been outstanding. Every visit has been comfortable and meets the highest standards. He listens intently to any of your questions or concerns and explains everything he is going to do. He is fast and thorough, something rare in today’s clinician interactions. AND I cannot forget the office staff, they are kind and professional. The staff handles each client with care, understand the insurance process and even have Spanish speaking staff to assist those clients as well. I rather pay to have my son's glasses ship to my house. My first experience there was disappointing. They lost customer for good. They hurt themselves and business. First time there didn't feel safe or welcome to ask questions. I felt unnecessary attitude from front desk personnel. I feel sad for them. That hurts business. That was my experience first time there.

The Doctor is very nice but I went with a friend it took them a month to get the glasses for them only to be the wrong frames when I did finally get them so I put tape on my old frames because they set crooked on my nose which is why I did not pick those frames to begin with needless to say I'm going to Walmart tomorrow which is unfortunate because I really like the doctor

Wow what a great experience! Never been in and out of an eye doctors office so fast literally I came early before my scheduled appointment and I was out before it was even my appointment time! To top that off The staff is soo kind! Found my new permanent office for eye care! 🙂

Late doing this, but I was waiting to get my eyes checked from another eye place. Well from the moment getting there it was not a good feeling. I went into the room, waiting for the doc, he came in took my glasses to another room, then had me read 1 letter N, dilated my eyes and that was it. I thought it was odd, because when I got my eyes checked from other places they did a whole exam. No less after dilating my eyes they never gave me anything to put over my eyes, and sent me on my way. When your eyes get dilated, most all eye places give you a throw away tint protection. At the time going there I had Medicaid, and have had it in the pass and have never had a problem with other eye places, and not that many choices to pick, the one's I got the leans popped out, so I went back to them t
