Fort Pierce Family Urgent Care

I am super annoyed and flabbergasted with what I have gone through in the last 2 weeks. I have been in pain for that long, finally after waiting for the order to be received by the fort Pierce urgent care I had to take it into my hands and get the order emailed to me so that I can do the foot work and get seen because this so called tmj they think I have is painful and I am unable to focus at times and I eating is uncomfortable.. now I received my cat scan today and the radiologist adv they could prepare my report today if fort Pierce urgent care center would request the results stat. Now I am no doctor or nurse but I have been calling the urgent care office several times trying to get the care I deserve. Instead I was advised that they could not send it stat because it’s not life threaten

Staff is unbelievably rude and disrespectful to patient’s. Had to show up with my Mother to witness how they treat her here. Over an hour and a half wait time to see a doctor even with an appointment and an empty lobby. Zero compassion, kindness or any regard for the people THEY chose to help. Side note: if you don’t like your job, leave. You have no business working in a medical field if you are an arrogant brat.

If I had a choice I would of never picked this place. Exam rooms were left uncleaned after patients. They lost my file plus I feel they even forgot that I was there. I will never be back.

I have a Medicare savings program in addition to Humana. It is not Medicaid it's a secondary insurance. I knew I had no copay and they wanted 55$. I called Humana and they said show them Medicaid card even tho ur not on it, but if run it will let them know my plan. Was told flat out we don't take Medicaid u just don't want to pay, ur right I don't so left and went to MD now and they immediately knew what I was talking about and no copay. Maybe ft p family care should bone up on insurance before over charging people

I visit the Fort Pierce Family Urgent Care for all of my family's general health needs, and it is always a great experience. The office staff is professional and kind, and the practitioners are very thorough and thoughtful. I never feel like I am being rushed out the door for the next patient. I highly recommend using Fort Pierce Family Urgent Care!
