If you are looking for great service: On Christmas Eve, while at work, my front tooth fell out. When I called the Dentist's office I left a message due to the office being closed. I received a return call from Dr. Gedeon who asked me if I could meet him at the office. He opened the office and proceeded to give me a temporary tooth. I was very appreciative because I had engagements for the Holidays. I don't think you can get better service than that. Thank you Dr. Gedeon.

This is to express my concerns about the billing procedures at Dr. Gedeon’s office. While I appreciate Dr. Gedeon’s excellent dental care and skills, I have encountered several issues with the billing department that need to be addressed. Firstly, it has been challenging to navigate the pre-approval process for insurance claims. I understand that the office is part of a dental health insurance network, yet I find myself paying significant amounts out of pocket due to the lack of pre-approval from my insurance before treatment. This process seems particularly unfair, especially since the insurance covers 100% of the services provided in-network. My journey here was amazing; it was a great experience indeed and was one of the best decision I made. It was all worth every penny. Whatever was discussed in the beginning was fulfilled financially.
