I feel incredibly fortunate to have met Dr. Jeongwon Kim. Not only is she exceptionally kind and professional, but her entire staff is also warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. What truly sets Dr. Kim apart is her heartfelt dedication to her patients — you can truly feel that she cares deeply and sincerely. She takes the time to listen, understand, and provide thoughtful care. It’s rare to find a doctor who treats patients with such compassion and integrity. I wholeheartedly and highly recommend Dr. Kim to anyone looking for a truly exceptional physician.

I recently moved to Fort Lee due to be closer to my new job. I’ve been looking for a PCP without a super long waiting list for MONTHS. I reached out to Fort Lee Medical because they were close to my apartment as I don’t currently have a vehicle (I was living in NYC so never needed one). It was 90 degrees outside so I was wearing breathable gym clothes. When I showed up to my appointment, the woman at the front desk said I was in the wrong place. This same woman called me to confirm the appointment the day prior. THE SAME WOMAN. She never even asked me for my name to check in her system. I showed her my notes app that read the exact address and office we were standing in. Of course I thought maybe it was some weird coincidence and that there might be another internal medicine clinic nearby.

Staff is beyond rude and clearly takes advantage of elderly patients. They charge $80 and dont efficiently explain why they're doing so, when they just need to charge the co-pay. They then charge you AGAIN for the follow up call. The young girl with glasses at the front desk is so inept and she sent the meds to the incorrect pharmacy, after she confirmed the correct one with me. The Dr herself only sees you for 5 minutes max, and is in such a huge rush to move onto the next patient. I will NEVER be coming back here.

This was the best medical center I have ever been. They were super informative and kind. All stuff were so helpful and Doctor Kim was very wise about my case, also very good person. I have visited them when I am around on December. I was kind of in a hurry and they were so fast. They run all the tests and gave me vaccination direction and I got my results before my deadline. I wish I lived in NJ and went them regularly. May be one day. Or may be I can visit you in Antalya :) Thank you all for all your help and kindness. I definitely recommend them.
