FORSYTH EMERGENCY

They treated me efficiently, effectively, and quickly. They gave great communication and had good spirits too. I wouldn't want to have my panic attack at any other hospital. Shout out Alondra, Chris, Eric, Tatyana, and a few others I didn't catch the names of. Thank you for making me feel safe and cared for.

Was there 4/29/23 with kidney stone problems, and they have improved dramatically! Quicker service at check-in and the staff are more attentive to the patients' needs. Dr Daniel Zerkin was great! He was efficient, attentive, and very professional. Knew just what to look for when he heard the symptoms. The nurse Amanda was attentive and listened and was quick to respond. All in all, I had a great experience if there could be one in the ER. Well here again 9/14/23 and it's terrible! Been sitting in the waiting area since 1:30pm and it is now 3:25pm. No one seems to be in a hurry. If I could give them a zero I would.

Today 5/13/2023 I went to emergency room to get bleeding looked at. I went prepared to may stay over night. It appears health care has changed in the las. I was their for 3hrs & 45 minutes , saw either a doctor or n/p they never introduced them self. Saw this person 2 times for a total of 22 minutes & only blood test done no other procedures done. Was given paper work to follow up with primary or a nose, throat doctor with in 3 to 5 days. Talk about passing the buck no chest x-ray nor endoscopy to look for bleeding nothing , was dismissed as not much of a concern by doctor & nurse. This is the last time I go to NFH. You know my wife passed away their in 2020 and that didn't discourage me from going back until this visit & one back in August of 2022. I am really disapointed in our home town
