I do a lot of physical activity and my muscles have been feeling consistently tight and sore - Ben thoroughly addressed my problem areas, helped me to understand spot specific issues I was having, and gave me suggestions for strengthening and preventing injury. I left his practice feeling like a new person. Great experience and I will be going back in the future!
