My meds are great but their service is what I’d like to comment on. UPS lost my package. I called and they handled everything for me with a smile. Super kind and so helpful. 10/10 recommend.

Absolutely horrible experience! I have been trying and my doctor to get my compounded medication from this place. I got a link to pay and confirm delivery address after going back and forth for over a week. Nine days later after payment I get a message it’s ready for delivery but they don’t delivery on Fridays. I have had migraines for two weeks because I have been off this much needed medication. I hate this place and will be talking to my doctor about other pharmacies and any alternatives. This is unacceptable and total incompetence. I would give zero stars.

It takes over two weeks to get my shipment from Tx to Nc via UPS. Not acceptable. Pls do something on your end to ensure medications are sent/received on a more timely basis. It’s difficult if not impossible to take a medication consistently if you run out of it a week between refills!

I LOVE FCC! Everything about this place is amazing. The pharmacists are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They answer my questions with patience and clarity. The best thing about this place - the compounding they do is second to none.
