Dan was A-mazing!! He is very knowledgeable and experienced. I left the appointment feeling high on life and soooo relaxed. This is not a SPA-like experience, if that's what you're looking for look elsewhere. It's real bodywork, you actually feel a huge difference after you leave. Before the massage, Dan examines your posture and asks a ton of questions to know your needs. He works out your tight areas and performs various stretches. Dan was very professional and kind throughout the session. You will gain lots of awareness of your own body and learn how to take care of it if you work with him. I highly recommend 👌

Dan is a thoughtful and thorough massage therapist. He took the time to understand my history and my concerns, evaluated my posture, and explained exactly which muscle groups were contributing to my pain and how we could address and correct them. The session was a combination of deep tissue massage and stretching. I wouldn't call it relaxing, but I definitely felt good after. He also provided tips and tutorials on how I could stretch problematic muscle groups at home to improve my overall posture and flexibility. It was truly an individualized experience and I will happily return in the future.

Dan is one of Manchester's best kept secrets, though I doubt he will stay secret for long. I had my first massage with him tonight. He took time to ask about my relevant health history (i.e. plantar fasciitis, headaches), explain his process in association with said history, and even suggested stretches pertinent to my issues. I felt that he genuinely listened to my preferences. His demeanor is calm, reassuring, and all around pleasant. I would absolutely recommend an appointment with him - it is money and time WELL spent.

Daniel he’s an excellent Massage. Different than I was used to but definitely beneficial. My muscles are very tight and with his expertise he was able to loosen up the muscles and give me some relief from back shoulder and leg pain. I would highly recommend him and I would return myself

The Worst! Let me preface by saying this business used to be known as "Dan McAdam" massage, located in Manchester. I got a massage from him, through Groupon over a year ago, when he was located in Manchester. Although the massage was ok, I had an experience similar to another reviewer, that when I showed up for my appointed time, Dan was nowhere to be found. I called him and got some story about his dog or something, and that he needed to reschedule. Fine, I was flexible. When I was checking out, and after tipping him rather nicely, he mentioned that he had packaged deals - 3 massages for $200 and he would honor that "as long as he was in business, and if not, he would try to get the money back to me!" (well that's confidence building.) Fast forward - I purchased a massage on Groupon today
