Forget Me Knot Massage and Bodywork

I highly recommend Forget Me Not with Jahlet for massage! She has been working on my body consistently, and I can truly feel the difference. When I first started, my body was very tight and hard from working out, and I was carrying a lot of tension. After my sessions with her, I’m feeling so much better already. She is knowledgeable, professional, and really understands how to work through problem areas. I’m especially looking forward to seeing how much more my hips and overall mobility improve as I continue working with her. If you work out regularly or deal with body tightness, Jahlet is definitely the one to see!

Jahlet was easy to communicate with before the appointment and welcoming when I arrived. The ambiance was nice, salt lamp and soothing tunes (but also offered to let me pick the music). Before the massage commenced she assessed my personal situation asking how far along I was (prenatal massage) and areas of discomfort. The massage itself was wonderful, perfect amount of pressure, nice oils. Great convo and checked in on how I was doing throughout. Her healing hands relieved my tension. As a first time mom she helped reassure me about the whole process. She even followed up to ask how I was doing the next day. Highly recommend!
