From beginning to end, my experience was absolutely delightful. My initial interaction with Janet, the receptionist, over the phone was truly pleasant, she was cheerful, welcoming, and went above and beyond to answer all my questions about my upcoming eyebrow powdering appointment. The environment of the clinic feels cozy, inviting, and soothing, creating a perfect space to relax. Cynthia, the technician, demonstrated exceptional skill and attentiveness, making sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and that I was completely satisfied with the results. I left feeling very pleased and confident in my decision, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking quality service.

I have had an amazing experience here at Forever Cosmetics! I had to write this review because I travelled over an hour twice to this place and I never had a complaint since it was always done perfectly the first time! I absolutely love Cynthia and the rest of the staff, I feel as if I am at home every time I show my face. She knew how to calm me down from being a little nervous the first time around, and she is a great conversationalist. Cynthia and Janet are very much so hospitable, respectful, friendly, and professional! The moment I walked in, I was greeted so much love! The establishment is very warm, welcoming and CLEAN! Cynthia is exceedingly talented and brilliant! She knows a lot about the skin and was spewing out so much knowledge!! Her skill sets are phenomenal! Experience was without a doubt a 10/10! I live in Philly and drove almost 2 hours to see her (due to heavy traffic) and will be returning for a touch up and other services! Cynthia is certainly worth the commute!

I have been with Cynthia since before she opened her own studio. I started doing microblading then transitioned to powder brow because of my oily skin. Cynthia has always been professional and she is a perfectionist. And I love her personality:). Recently got a touch up and I am so happy with them. My brows look amazing thanks to her.
