Dog misdiagnosed, cat misdiagnosed. I really liked this place years ago when it was more small town, personable and the vets were more open minded about owners knowing their animals having something wrong, and actually cared to figure it out. Disappointed in the care my dog received when he had to be hospitalized for surgery for a removal of a lump on his tushy a few years back, and recently for fluids. Both times my dog was in terrible distress and they let him go nuts in a kennel. They forgot about him the first time and he was so bad from being stressed clawing at the crate, his paws had gray tinge from the metal on them from digging at it when he came out. he got in my car, was choking on air and frantically looking for water. The veterinarian gave my cat innoculation shots when I had brought Sketzball in because he got into something toxin and was writhing in agony. Of course because my cat was not treated properly he died. FREDONIA ANIMAL HOSPITAL told us we should of brought the cat into them but at the time we did not know they had emergency hours. The woukd of given our beloved pet antitoxins and put him on an IV drip and saves his life. NEVER bring a seriously sick animal to this very ignorant man who charged me 300 for a set of innoculations which the others vets told me was totally an incorrect procedure treatment for a cat in toxic shock. This guy is HORRIBLE.

Was there today and my final time. Jean was on the phone for a customer and her tone changed got nasty. Rrad off a confirmation number to someone and said R as in ridiculous P as in pain in a smart tone as normal for her. After hanging up she said to the other female staff member see what I did there and the other lady laughed yes i did. Now I see many complaints about Jean I have been mis treated many many times from her. Also prices here have turned into a massive rip off. I will be sharing all my experiences with everyone we know. Why is Jean still employees there?? She is the face of your business when we arrange leave what a bad experience for many of us. Time for a change for me and should be for this business also

My kitty, Dusty needed a physical. He's 18, the Dr. Said he looks very good. Excellent service from everyone. From the time I got in the door for a scheduled appointment to paying my bill was only an hour.

We called to arrange for our cat (a patient there) to be sent over the rainbow bridge. This was of course very emotional. The mean woman who answered the phone said they couldn't do it for at least 2 weeks. When she asked questions about her history, she said that since she hadn't been brought in for anything in a couple of years (We tried, but they would never have time for emergencies within a 2 or more week period) she would go to the "bottom of their list", and she was extremely snarky about it. This upset my husband and he was at a loss for words as to why someone would be that way when we were calling for such a sensitive procedure. She then became hostile and yelled at him because she "detected sarcasm" in his voice and made herself into a victim. At that point, out of frustration,
