My animals files were transferred to this location after the location on Bee Ridge was damaged from Hurricane Milton (loved them too, by the way). The teams have since merged and I gotta say, it's been remarkable to see. Everyone works so well together, is friendly, attentive, and caring towards their patients and parents. A bright, welcoming waiting room and fully staffed front desk ensure prompt service. There are some services on site, and any testing not available at this location is (helpfully) available at one of their sister locations. Love Dr. Bruce - he's so jovial and patient, even with my sassier cats. Pricing was reasonable, and they accept Care Credit for those more expensive visits. Love Dr. Small!! He is so good and patient with my Pennygirl who is terrified of going to the vet. She seems to be comfortable with Dr. Small. Prices are a little high but I would still pay them for quality care.

October 13 2025 I had to bring my 13 year old best friend to see the Vet. Unfortunately after a thorough examination it would become one of the most painful days of my life and I had to make a difficult decision to say goodbye to my best friend Cody of 13 years. I don't remember all the names of the staff members that help us yesterday...The veterinarian and the two women who helped were extremely caring and compassionate. I believe they really do care about their clients. They each made this difficult decision less stressful. I'm very appreciative for that. A big thank you goes out to everyone. I would highly recommend this clinic and its staff members.

My sweet baby had an ear infection, and his allergies were affecting him. Usually people are afraid of my baby boy because of the way he looks but the girls here and the doctor were really nice and he complied and let them do anything they needed to. They gave him the medication he needed and he soon got better within two days Thank you all so much for the care and compassion you show towards my boy.

Dr Small is a seriously outstanding veterinarian The practice has well informed and polite techs and front desk personnel are warm and helpful. Overall care and follow up are more than expected. Drugs are highly overpriced there so I do not available my dog of these.
