Who the hell performs SURGERY in someone's mouth and sends them home with no pain meds. My husband was screaming in pain all night. And now closed until Friday. If It's against your policy or something you should TOLD US or not done the surgery until Friday when you would be available in an emergency such as this. Disappointed in the least

I was happy with this practice until today. It was a 15 minute visit to measure my night guard. I got roomed on time as always. I waited 40 minutes for the assistant too come back and only because I went to the hallway trying to get someone’s attention. No one had informed me they had an emergency, or that the wait was that long otherwise I would not had made the appointment or reschedule. To all they said “this our normal wait” you have to be patient and understand that when you come here you have to wait until you are seen, that is why you are called patient”, so rude!!

Very professional and knowledgeable doctor and the staff members are very nice too! Truly recommended for all your dental needs.

SHADY! I don't trust them! Felt like a money grab and very unprofessional. I recently moved to Orlando and had a hard time finding a dentist with an opening that would work with my schedule. This group was the best times I could get. Went in for a cleaning and exam. The exam was frustrating!! Dr. Martin (real name Carlos A Martinez - not sure why he would change it seems suspicious to me). He grabbed my face and jaw very aggressively, looked for literally 10 seconds, and immediately said I had 3 cavities! I've only had 2 cavities in my life and both were very small! I was shocked as I have pretty good dental hygiene. I reluctantly agreed but figured Id take his word. THEN on the day of getting the cavities filled he just happened to find a 4th cavity!!! I have avoided going to the dentist for almost 10 years because of a bad experience at a different dentist. I've had insurance all these years and decided I needed to give it another try. I'm so happy I found Forest Lake Dental!!!!! I absolutely love all the people who work here. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I'm actually excited about the next time I get to go!! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend anyone who is nervous about going to the dentist to give this office a try! You won't be disappointed!
