I must say to all staff and area 1 that you are so pleasantly welcoming, all staff's capitulated phenomenal quality of service means so much to me during Thomas Whildin's stay at Forest Hills. You all are above the best in this industry. The experiences i have witnessed through contacts and mailing of all information communicated to me epitomizes greatness, dignity, and respect for Thomas Whildin and all patients. My father is receiving excellent care at Forest Hills. The administration staff has been helpful with the process of him being long term care. The DON Danielle has been on point with any and all medical questions we have had this far. Michael the CNA has been outststanding with my father. I am thankful my daughter recommend Forest Hills

I have toured my nursing homes than I care to remember. Forest Hills is the brightest, cleanest that I have ever seen. Patients are dressed appropriately and look well groomed. The lack of odors hits you right in the face. How do they do that? It seems almost impossible. I toured during a meal and from what I could see, it looked terrific and smelled wonderful. This will be the place of choice for my grandmother. Thank you for restoring my faith in nursing homes. I am sure that i will be as happy with her care. I read all postings and from what I can see, the negative ones don't make any sense. By the way, i toured without having called ahead on a weekend and a staff member took me around.

Im not sure how they are passing by state standards! PSA to families sending loved ones here. Please read below : ✨CNAS- they wipe you with shaving cream and towels for bowl movements. - they bathe you ONCE a week. *Some cna's and nurses were great, others not so much * ✨MEALS/FOOD- Meals are terrible. Do NOT come if you're diabetic. - Also if you do not eat pork the other options are mainly always pb&j sandwiches. - The portions are horrible and the food most of the time is very watery & runny. ✨ROOMS- Rooms are not really clean. I had to but cleaning products and sanitizing products for the room that was shared between 3 others.. so 4 in total . ✨MEDS- the wait time for meds is absolutely horrific..waited 10 hours for pain meds on more than 1 occasion. - Also was given doses of medicati
