Forest Hills Hospital

I went to the emergency room at around 4:30 PM while I was pregnant and extremely tired, seeking urgent medical help. I waited more than three hours before I was first seen by a doctor. After that, I waited another two hours without receiving care. When I asked about my condition, I was told I needed an X-ray or a sonogram. I then waited another three hours, and no one came. Every time I asked the nurses or staff, I was told, “Sorry, 30 more minutes,” but I continued waiting hour after hour with no care. I felt extremely unwell and unsafe, and at one point I felt like I could collapse. This is not acceptable, especially for a pregnant patient in the emergency room. Total disorganized mess of a hospital. The staff clearly doesn't communicate with one another at all. I lost count of how many times someone would approach us to start a process only for them to find out they got the wrong info and disappeared completely only for a completely different person to appear an hour later with a new mistake. My wife was waiting for emergency surgery for 2 full days with no info or updates. Then emergency turned to "I guess we can just schedule this within the next two weeks instead." All this time she hadn't eaten, because the surgery was expected "soon" and just never happened. So, I suppose it's not an emergency after all? The disregard for human life here is abhorrent and pathetic. We will now have to drive to another hospital next time there's an emergency

Don't come to this hospital. They will make you suffer. The are unpredictable, unprofessional, and they rush you out when you're not 100%.. The place is ruined down. My bed did not work and it was dirty when I came in the room. Elmhurst is 5 times better. Never again!!

Had my broken collar bone surgery here. Would have been 5 star if there wasn't so many delays. Professional staff, clean facility, good procedures, safe practices.

Worst hospital. I didnt recomend specially if you have kids never take them there, they doesn't care about kids. My little son was bleeding for 4 hours and they just gave my wipes to clean him. Doctor came after 5 hours and put him some liquid and ask me to hold because someone call her. So unprofessional. also they bring 4 jeringues with liquid and just use half of one and throw the others totally new. it is a waste of medications, too.
