I’ve been going there for over 20 years, with the exception of Dr Ortiz this place has gone to crap because I can’t say what I really want to say, no one answers the phone and when they do they can’t answer your questions, never get a call back, the new doctors don’t listen to what you have to say, never get your refills when you ask for them, been trying to reach them all day because I think I have shingles NO one ever bothered to call me back, it’s just a shame that alot of people must look for somewhere else to go after so many years of trust and love they put into this place, will be following up with other agencies to see what can be done. Dr Ortiz gets unlimited stars
