My doctor ,Dr McCarty, is fantastic and so are all of her nurses that I've seen. However, yesterday I went to my appointment only to find out that the doctor was not there that day due to personal reasons. I understand and told them I was OK with rescheduling, I just needed to make sure I got my refill. They could not tell me whether she would refill it and never called it in. So I called back the next day and had to leave a message. The woman who returned my call seemed angry I had asked her for something? But she did fill it. I have to wait another month now for an appointment, but was given several available times for that day. I called back the same day to change to a different time because I realized I forgot something. And the woman told me there were no appointments for 2 months. Yo

I saw Kim Silver, PA for my new patient appt to assess the lump along the medial border of my scapula. I was very pleased they were able to offer on the spot removal once it was determined it was a lipoma. The staff was very friendly and the Medical Assistant especially was superb. I think her name is Ikasia. She was very nice and personable with both myself and my teen daughter who accompanied me. She built up rapport and trust. She made sure to explain the process before doing anything and checked in frequently to make sure I was doing well. She did an excellent job making sure I was numb enough before and during the procedure. My husband and I were scheduled for my first appointment here today, after months of waiting. Two days ago, they texted us to say "Now your appointment is in HAMPTON. Sorry for the inconvenience. Call us to change or cancel." Awesome. So I call this office, but their scheduling department is a call service who didn't know what was going on. It is nearly impossible to get ahold of someone in the actual office. I left a message on a machine at the actual clinic, a person eventually called back but I was in a meeting at work so couldn't answer. But they left a message with their extension to dial to reach them directly. Sounds good, right? Except I called 6 times over the rest of the day (including once maybe 5 minutes after they called me) and they never answered, and the "extension" numbers

I have found my new dermatologist. It was nice to feel like a patient and not a number. Dr. Edmonds was a pleasure to interact with and she provided me with knowledge on doing my part moving forward. So grateful.

Kim Silver was friendly, enthusiastic, and professional. She offered multiple and creative solutions to my issue. I'm happy with our health plan going forward.
