I visited Dr. Kent a couple years ago and was happy with his bedside manner and treatment. But I scheduled another appointment today and when I showed up, they told me I would have to reschedule because my appointment was at 3:40 even though the email confirmation I received said 4pm. I explained that and that I had to take off work and Uber there. Neither of the receptionists were apologetic, and I asked if they could do anything to fit me in and one refused to even ask the doctor. Eventually the other receptionist asked but I was told no. Very poor customer service and frustrating scheduling mistake on their part.

I really appreciated the doctor I saw, especially with how comfortable she made me feel for my first time seeing a dermatologist. I have already recommended my wife to go here when she needs to see a dermatologist again. It is also within walking distance of my house, which is an added bonus. I would definitely recommend!

Dr. Kent has been, by far, the best dermatologist I have ever met, and I’ve seen quite a few. When I first came to him, my face was covered in acne. Unlike others, he didn’t prescribe a long list of products or complicated treatments; he kept it simple, and the results have been remarkable. My skin is now the clearest it has ever been. Dr. Kent is patient, attentive, and always takes the time to answer all my questions—no matter how many I have. He is honest, reliable, and genuinely cares about his patients. I am truly grateful to have met Dr. Kent and cannot recommend him highly enough.

Was just seen by Dr. Rhett Kent. Poor bed side manner. Felt like he didn’t want to be there. Spoke fast — sounds like he was just reading and giving a definition of rosecea and the recommended treatment. When asked a clarifying question, he interrupted and said “I’ve said that already” while being half in and half out of the room. The general public isn’t familiar with all the prescription names and clarifying questions should be expected. Have a follow up appointment in 3 months and will try Dr. Patterson again (scheduled with Dr. Patterson but was told she was caught up in a procedure so got Kent instead). Everyone else was polite.

Doctor Kent took time to diagnose my issues and “propose” different alternatives. He is very well mannered and looked like he cared. I could also add that Ms. Joyce did a good prep job. For my first time in this office, I was impressed by the staff as well.
