We have been taking our little one to this office for almost two years and have always had a positive experience. We have never had to wait long. The staff are very nice and supportive. We always feel like our little one is in good hands. Dr. Fleming and the nurses are always so kind and listen to all our questions and concerns. You can tell they truly care about giving your little one the best experience possible. We always get fast and helpful responses via the portal if something requires follow up.

I literally never do this, but getting so frustrated with this practice and feeling ready to move on to another one. The nurses and doctors are lovely to visit with for our routine checkups, but our second child is now 5 months old and we’ve been so shocked at the lack of responsiveness and general availability for any needs that arise this time around. We can’t call the office without waiting on hold at least 5 minutes at a time, portal messages take upwards of a week to get back to, and the last several triage nurse messages have completely unanswered and we have to follow up and chase someone down for answers to our questions. I love this pediatric practice so much! The staff is always welcoming, professional, and kind. The nurses and doctors are always understanding, patient, and full of reassurance. As a new mom, I appreciate all of them so much. I have the highest respect for all who work at this practice. They have always taken such great care of my daughter.

Clinic is very clean and plenty of parking every time we have visited. Staff are friendly and it is nice seeing the same nurses each time we go. We see Dr. Verenes and she is fabulous! She was great to have as our pediatrician for our newborn because she is also a certified lactation consultant and could help during our breastfeeding journey. I appreciate that even if she isn't available for sick visits, they usually have other doctors available to see us!

We’ve been patients at this practice since 2012 however the quality has plummeted. The front office staff are rude, judgmental, and lied to get my family dismissed from the practice. I asked for the phone call to be reviewed so they could hear how rude the front desk staff were and I was told that was not something they would do. The original owners are retiring right along with the quality of this practice. My advise is to stay away and connect with providers who hold their administrative staff accountable.
