For Eyes

I had a wonderful experience at this optical store. I brought my own frames, and Eiranee assisted me throughout the entire process. She was very attentive and helped me choose the lenses that best fit my needs. She also helped me use my insurance to save some money, which I really appreciated. Angelique was also amazing — she adjusted my old glasses for free and was so kind and welcoming. Overall, the atmosphere in the store is great. Everyone there is friendly, professional, and truly cares about the customers. I highly recommend this place!

I always receive such great service here. My contact lenses come in quickly and the staff is always polite and willing to help. Angelique was wonderful, helping me get my contacts and paperwork in order since moving to this office!

Really liked their service. Dr is telehealth, but had no issue with it. I had a thorough eye exam done and they helped me pick right frame.

I had a great experience with my exam and eye glasses. The staff is super helpful and very pleasant. The doctor did a virtual consultation but it went very smoothly. She was very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. They assisted me in selecting my glasses and did not rush me. They explained all the costs and gave me multiple options without being pushy. I also liked the great selection of frames at different price points. They also post the prices near the frames, so there are no surprises. I'll be back again next year.

I was charged for an extra service that I wasn't informed about beforehand. If the cost feels like more than normal speak up then. I was trying to be decent and not add more stress to her day and now I get screwed. When I got there 3 min before 10 doors were still locked as she stood right there on the phone. At 10 she opened the doors and I then realized oh they are having issues and it made sense then why she didn't let us in the few minutes early vs us standing in the heat. I was told to sit with my kids and they'd be right with us. She was on the phone for roughly 20 min. trying to figure it out. The call ended and she thought it was fixed only to have the internet act up next. She went to collect my payment with paperwork SHE HAD READY TO GO ALREADY and my total was $49. I thought wow
