For Eyes

I had a great experience at my eye appointment. The staff was welcoming especially Yentel, her kind welcoming personality stuck out. The office was clean, and I barely had to wait. The doctor took time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions without rushing. I left with an updated prescription and felt confident about my eye health. I’d definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a thorough and comfortable eye exam.

Excellent service from all the staff. The team provided great guidance with the glasses and were very kind and willing to answer all my questions. Dr. King is amazing, and both the gentleman at the front desk and the lady in the glasses area were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

My parents have had their glasses fitted here twice. The tint on my mom's last pair of glasses started to peel off; I noticed this five months after I bought them because she only wears them for special occasions. I took them back to the store and spoke to Alex, who rudely told me they weren't responsible for that. They only had 30 days to return the glasses if anything wasn't right. They never let us know this when we bought the glasses. They told me about a warranty, which they didn't tell us about either. Alex was very arrogant and didn't want to help us. The lenses are of very poor quality. I don't recommend this place, much less Alex. They lost two customers.

As usual, my favorite place to go for eyeglasses or sunglasses. The team over there is very professional, very dedicated. Broke my glasses a couple of days ago. Went and Esteban took care of me and fixed it with pure joy and professionalism. I love them
