For Eyes

We were greeted right away by Adolph (spelling). He didn't follow us around and he let us take our time to look at glasses. When we were finished looking around, he greeted us again and then helped get my mom fitted and checked out. He explained everything in a way that we both understood exactly what we were getting and paying for. We even sung some of the Dawson's Creek theme song together lol..Super nice and super cool guy. Great customer service. Thanks A!!

I went in for a contact exam last Saturday only to receive both glasses and contacts. I was thinking all of my info from previous store( which received a letter saying all my information transferred over to the new store) and it didn’t. I was told they could look up my insurance information which they had the wrong insurance, I called on Monday to correct it and the reception was rife and abrupt she didn’t read all of my benefits I had. I be calling since Wednesday January 21,2026 to correct and speak with even left a message with no response,

They are all so kind and helpful and patient. They helped my for about 3 hours to put in my contacts and helped me pick out glasses for another hour. Mrs.Poneh helped me with my glasses and contacts and is the kindest lady you can meet.

Heather and Li helped me with an adjustment to painful frames done by different chain. Thanks to them for helping me go back to work with correctly fitted frames! Great customer service!
