I had an amazing experience at Four Eyes and The Outlet Drive location! From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Alejandro and Tamara went above and beyond to make sure I was completely taken care of. Their patience, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference — they didn’t rush me at all and made sure I got exactly what I needed. You can tell they truly take pride in providing excellent service. If you’re looking for great deals and even better customer service, this is definitely the place to go. I recently visited 4Eyes in Silver Spring after being referred by a colleague, and I have to say my experience was very disappointing. For context, I had already completed my eye exam elsewhere and only needed lenses for my existing frames. My colleague called ahead and spoke with the associate to let her know I would be arriving around 4:53 p.m., and she confirmed that would be fine. I actually arrived earlier — around 4:47 p.m., according to the associate — well before the 5:00 p.m. closing time. Despite that, once I was inside, the associate told me the store was closed and that I wouldn’t be helped. When I mentioned that I had been in the store for 15–20 minutes, she very passive-aggressively insisted that I hadn’t. I drove all the way from Washington, D.C. to Silver Spring for this
