For Eyes

Love this store! Princess is very helpful and people are very nice. This eye glasses store is in the best location right next to my UPS next door & At&t. I got my sunglasses back like brand new all fixed too!! Highly recommend!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stopped by with around 12–14 high end pairs of glasses that needed a bit of attention — tightening screws, straightening frames, adjusting nose pieces, etc. Kisha took the time to carefully go through every single pair and even cleaned them all for me too. What really stood out was their kindness. I offered to pay for the work, but they wouldn’t accept anything and simply said that if I wanted to do something in return, I could leave them a Google review so here it is! I actually had a few more pairs I tried to get adjusted elsewhere over the weekend since they’re closed on Sundays, and the experience just didn’t compare. My husband and i just had an eye exam this week at ForEyes at Miami Beach. We love the new eye doctor, she was very nice and fast. The staff of the eye shop is always very nice. This is our third year at this place and we highly recommend it.

Doctor Pham was great too - friendly and efficient in helping me keep my vision healthy… answered all my questions and listened to my concerns, while also keeping to my appointment time. Josh and Haida are wonderful, coached me through a few new pairs, I’m new to glasses, and helped me use my insurance benefit too!

I love this store and I v been a regular for 9 years. Everyone is so helpful besides a new store manager Haida, a blond mature woman.two last times I came to the store she was extremely rude and unhelpful, would just ignore my request and go talk to a new customer, lied about them having no trials for me when my order was taking too long to arrive when I had to ask other employees who were very helpful and found them for me. It seems like she doesn't care about her regular customers at all and discriminates . I'm in service industry myself that's why I know how bad is her service and overall attitude.
