I recently took my mom to 4Eyes Vision Clinic for her annual eye exam, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed. The lady at the front desk was so kind and patient, helping us through all the forms without ever making us feel rushed. It may seem like a small thing, but that warmth really set the tone for the whole visit. The technician who did the initial tests was friendly, calm, and great at explaining each machine before using it. My mom felt completely comfortable the entire time. Then we met Dr. Houghton, and he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional, but also approachable and reassuring. My first visit here for regular eye exam for both my son and myself and experience excellent customer service from beginning to end. Dr. Martinez was very informative, provided thorough explanations and answered all my questions. My visit was long as I was very indecisive about my final purchase but the level of customer service never decreased even as closing time neared. Sarah was extremely patient and helpful with me throughout the process. The level of care and professionalism Sarah and Gisel delivered exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend this location for your eye care needs.
