Mae and my podiatrist Dr. Stephanie Mita are the perfect pair! I like options but I can also get stuck in analysis paralysis. I’ve never shopped for orthopedic shoes before and felt like Mae’s education on the products helped me make the best decision that I could. I appreciated the selections, bummed learn that shoes aren't sold individually for people like me who have different size feet, and now having used my house slippers and inserts I can say I feel a lot more confident being on my two feet. I didn’t feel obligated to purchase nor rushed from the staff to buy anything even after trying on at least 5 pairs of shoes and inserts.

Update January 2026: I've been here for a while now! However after being more active than I previously was I decided to come here to buy some new shoes! I was recommended HOKA and Brooks! The service here is absolutely exceptional! Mae and Charisse have gone above and beyond every time I come in by myself or with friends or family! I would highly suggest coming in and if you're lucky enough you'll have one of them to help you and provide outstanding service! The value here is better than others as the competitor stores on the Willow Glen strip are more expensive since they don't have sales! I would highly suggest this be in your shoe store due to the pricing and service! I'll definitely continue to come back and bring my business here! I visited last week to find shoes for work, where I'm on my feet all day. Melissa was fantastic—she helped me try on several pairs and offered excellent recommendations.
