Don’t expect any urgency to get a problem solved. I’ve waited over a week to have Dr. Rams office fax a prior authorization to my insurance pharmacy department so an Rx would be approved. It should have been filled 8/9, today is 8/17... apparently the nurse is “still working on it” OR is that an interpretation meaning SHE FORGOT? Unfortunately for me, it’s not an Rx that you can just stop taking... what happened to making sure your patients receive the best care possible?!? There is no excuse for lazy!
Dr. Raphael was amazing when I needed a appendectomy. I've had a few surgeries up to this point and none of them went as flawlessly as this one. She also had great beside manner which I'm seeing is hard to find in this Ara
Can not get them to bill the VA for my treatments. It has been over a year. My treatments were approved by the VA
