Dr. Wilkinson was very thorough. I felt like I was in really good hands after I left. She was very easy to talk to. I like that they have a lab in the office. My appointment was on time- easy office experience. Glad I found her and this practice- haven't had a PCP in ages.

I wish I saw these reviews before I saw Dr. Wilkinson. She was covered by my insurance and I unfortunately went and saw her. I was totally dismissed. I got my blood work done and she had her nurse call me and said everything was fine. In reality, it wasn't and if she had looked at my labs she would have seen all of the issues I went in for were clearly off by the lab numbers. I addressed this at first with her nurse to which I was told issues were diet. Then I got a copy of labs and asked her and she gave me an lousy excuse to not treat my problems. She totally dismissed me and my concerns but the numbers don't lie and my labs show these issues need addressing with more than diet. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. Dr Wilkinson is wonderful. He listens to you, takes notes and follows up.

If you want patient care, this is not the place. The staff was extremely rude. Dr. Wilkinson treated me like a number. The Dr. was unwilling to talk to me on the phone when I had questions. She changed some medication that can have side effects and need careful consideration. The Medical Assistant gave me bad information on 2 different occasions. It seemed Dr Wilkinson did not go back in my chart when answering questions. Each time I saw her it was like starting over. I brought up my concerns with the one staffer who called me. She was so belligerent with me and would not listen to my concerns. At one point, I had to finally end the conversation because she was continuing to berate me. It was unbelievable that she was a professional. .

Go somewhere else. I felt like a number and she didn't listen to anything I said. After my initial visit she did lab work and no follow up. Nothing. When I followed up months later it was like starting over. She clearly hadn't looked at my case and didn't have anything helpful to offer. Seems like she just wanted to prescribe antidepressents or weightloss drugs. Not worth my time. Ladies if you want someone to talk to about your hormones. Keep looking for a different doctor.
