I bought a pair of $200 sneakers for work. They fell apart after a couple of months. I brought them back asking if there was any kind of warranty. They said they would contact the manufacturer and they would get back to me. I called and even drove down after a couple of weeks to see if there was any resolution. They told me no need for me to contact them that they would get back to me as soon as they here back from the manufacturer. It has been 4 months and not a word and they still have my shoes. I guess $200 down the drain.

I always feel welcome and the selection of shoes is great. The staff is personable and knowledgeable . I often have to special order but they make sure I find what I need.This time I was able to purchase my Aetrex black shoes. The padding inside is like a massage when you walk. Delicious! The Velcro closure over the foot allows for some swelling. I am very happy.

After carefully evaluating me, they concluded I did not need to change my existing footwear and I should consult back with my podiatrist for any possible changes.
