Foot Solutions Orange Park

Called looking for a very specific shoe and unusual size that are specific to my needs. While Tammy said they did not have what I was looking for, she was kind enough to direct me to another store which turns out did have what I was looking for. In my opinion that just go leaps and bounds above typical customer service to send a customer to a competitor for the sake of getting them what they need. And I have purchased from foot solutions in the past, so while they didn't have what I needed in this particular instance, in around about way they got me what I needed. Five stars all around for sure and I will most definitely be a repeat customer for foot solutions

This place was helpful my first time in January I ordered work shoes the workers were very nice and were able to help you with your purchase, my concern was my size was never in the store so the store had to order and first purchased took at least 3 tol 4 weeks for my shoes to arrived. Purchase shoes a second time was not happy with the wait it's been over a month and still have not received my shoes, ask manager if I can be compensated for the long wait, and manager stated she could not and just gave a 10.00 dollars off coupon toward another purchase. My shoes are over 250.00 dollars 279.00 to be exact and still did not receive them. Very unhappy with Foot Solutions once my shoes arrived I will no longer purchase from this company. Very bad 👎 customer service! No star should be added but

My son injured his Achilles. They were so knowledgeable, able to help fit him, find a great shoe and orthotics so he could start healing faster. She made the trip great and we all got our feet checked out while there. Thank you for helping our family.

Just received my 2nd pair of orthotic insoles. 1st cured my plantar fasciitis pretty fast. Well worth the$$$! Lisa did an excellent job getting me my new pair. Will continue to keep my feet feeling great at Foot Solutions! Thank you!
