I went into Jack's business with some background knowledge about Morton's neuroma, a very painful foot issue that at one time made walking impossible. Jack went WAY beyond what I learned on the internet and the podiatrist's office. The podiatrist gave me a temporary solution but Jack has provided a lifetime solution. I learned about Jack from a lady's recommendation at the eye doctor and from a good friend. Jack's knowledge will benefit anyone's issue. He knows the science and physical issues of feet and which of his shoes are right for the individual foot. He provided a German made/engineered orthotic that will last me at least 4 years instead of a puffy pad that compresses over a few months...and I can move it into all my other shoes and new ones I can now, with comfort ahead, purcha

My feet are so much happier since we visited this store a few weeks ago. I suffer from tailors bunions and have a lot of pain by day's end. The proprietor, Jack, took plenty of time to detail the various shoes that he had in stock to help. He carries all the best shoes for every sort of problem. My mother got help here, and also, my husband says he can now walk much easier without pain. Foot solutions truly has something for every foot condition. Jack was patient, friendly as always, and has a comprehensive grasp of your problem and how various shoes will help. This is my favorite store for shoes. I feel much, much better. I thank heavens for this store and want to say thank you to the great people there.

I normally get my orthopedic shoes at their Albuquerque NM location- always excellent. Till the pandemic and shipping crisis. Tried here locally in Las Vegas a year ago, but were out. Today I walked into the NV location by my house again - and in 15 min had the right shoes. Awesome experience.

First of all, I want to thank Rick and Jack (owner) so much for spending so much time helping my mom find the perfect shoes. You both were kind, compassionate and patient and I truly can’t thank you enough. If you are in need of specialized shoes or custom orthotics this is the place to go. Pricing is on the higher end however worth every dollar! Finding shoes for my mom over the years has cost a lot of money but they never felt right, not anymore! Foot solutions will by our shoe store for her going forward!! They also helped me with orthotics to help stop the pronation of my feet.

Been a customer for many years. Have an autistic adult son who requires a triple wide shoe. Jack has always been our saving grace for his knowledge, support and help with my son's feet issues. He cannot wear just any shoe. Jack and staff have made it so he is able to walk in the right shoes after his surgeries and the inserts he suggested allow him to navigate walking with little effort after getting into a good solid shoe. Myself now, after suffering a bimalleolar ankle fracture in 4/2024 that required extensive repair, has sent me to Foot Solutions for my feet. My ankle slipped in the rain and had I known that the shoes I loved and was wearing were actually running shoes, not walking shoes, I may not have rolled my ankle and shattered it.
