Loved my experience at this store! Gina was so helpful and knowledgeable. I received a complimentary scan of my feet, an explanation of what the results mean, proper sizing and multiple options of shoes to choose from. Ended up getting shoes and will be getting custom orthotics soon. Highly recommend this store if you have foot pain, knee pain, back pain or just looking for some new shoes!

My husband and I found Foot Solutions on Google and decided to stop in. We were greeted by Gina who was very professional and knowledgeable. We went there with the intention of getting custom inserts for both of us . We were pleased that we weren't pressured or anything. Gina took her time and took great care of us. Highly recommend Cypress location.

Gina did an outstanding job of helping me find the perfect pair of shoes. She explained what I needed and why they would be best for my feet. She allowed me to try as many options to find my best fit. I will be returning for some summer sandals!! Gina was amazing! She got me and my girlfriend both fitted and shoes for work. She’s very knowledgeable and the 3D scan was a cool and an easy process. Two of the pairs weren’t available at store but we were able to order them with Gina and we will be definitely be coming back soon. She has such an amazing customer service and cares about the customers needs
