The Foot Solutions customer setvice is Great. They are so friendly and helpful. I worked with Jeff, Mimi and Kristen. I can’t Thank them enough.

All of your associates were very polite, however the sole inserts that you sold my husband to soothe his foot issues emits a very offensive odor. Not sure if glue or what but when he takes the shoes off the smell saturated into his socks which is noticeable to me across the room. He was told to keep them into garage to air out.....they've been in our garage over a month and odor is still fresh as day 1. Causes me headache and nausea...spent alot of money in your store and this really saddens me

My appointment at Foot Solutions today was awesome. Jeff did a awesome job on fitting my shoes as well as my insert perfectly feet feel amazing once again thanks to Foot Solutions and thanks to Jeff.

I am just disappointed with the run around they are giving me. I received MY EOB AND APPROVAL for my shoes and they keep saying its pending its not. I do claims and I know the process. I will never use them again if they were giving the shoes free. In response that's the benefit of having insurance so you do not have to pay up front as I said I have my eob and approval letter. We do not need to communicate anymore until your company receive payment. Thank you
