I had an excellent experience at Foot Pain Doctors of Jacksonville with Dr. Rodney Grobes, D.P.M., and the entire team. From my very first interaction, I felt supported and at ease. Mrs. Deborah was the first person I spoke with, and her kindness immediately set the tone for my experience. She reassured me that everything would be okay and that I would be in great hands. When I arrived at the office, she was just as warm and welcoming, which truly helped ease any anxiety I had going in. Dr. Grobes took the time to clearly explain my condition, answer my questions, and walk me through a thoughtful healing plan. My first time seeing a podiatrist and it was the best experience from the receptionist to the doctor... He was very thorough and personable... He actually listens... You can tell he loves what he does... Def. would recommend

Reply to their comment. I can %100 prove I was there. The doctor def knows who I am. I’m making my report to the medical board. Please don’t get work done here. ***** Toe still had problems, I came a second time and he pulled more toenail out. I didn’t feel like I should pay for something that should’ve been done right the first time.The doctor called me and threatened me stating “he could have me arrested, and that he knows people. I asked him to explain what he ment, he just repeated that he knows people. Toe STILL had problems after the second time. Went to a different doctor and told me that the original doctor still didn’t get everything out of my toe. Pulled two giant pieces from both sides of my toe. This photo was what the second doctor pulled out.

My son was experiencing foot pain during his athletic participation and so we made an appointment with Foot Pain Doctors of Jacksonville. The entire experience was very easy-going and affordable. After only two meetings with Dr. Grobes, we are now on the right track to resolve the issue that was causing the discomfort. Dr. Grobes was extremely knowledgeable, very patient, compassionate, and completely thorough. Dr. Grobes has an extensive history with athletics and foot issues so that was a very beneficial factor in gaining my son's full attention as well. Thank you Dr. Grobes for your service and help!
