Waited 55 minutes to see the doctor who spent less than 5 mins with me for my annual diabetic exam. No questions regarding my A1C, no detailed exam, no time to spend with me despite my long wait. I had previously seen Dr Birk but as he is retired went to his old office location. Never again.

I arrived at my scheduled appointment 15 minutes early to fill out the necessary paperwork. After completing and turning it in, I sat in the waiting room, expecting a quick process since there were only two people ahead of me. Unfortunately, I wasn't called back to the exam room until an hour after I arrived! It turns out there were only two assistants and one doctor (at least during my visit). One assistant was handling the front desk, while the other was bringing patients back and doing the prep work before the doctor saw them. Once I finally got back to the exam area, everything went quickly, but honestly, by that point, I was over it. I really dislike arriving for appointments only to be kept waiting. Please adjust appointment scheduling to avoid wasting valuable time for everyone. P

I wish I could give this office 10 stars. I accidentally walked into this office cause of my GPS when I seen a sign on the wall literally so I was told by Jessica I was at the wrong office but I asked for a business card anyway I went to the right office n was dismissed by the Dr immediately as I left the office I broke down n I came back to this office to make an appt and they seem me immediately from Jessica which is the 1st person I met to Bella to Dr Hippler they all listened to me they heard me they gave me X-rays they gave me answers they gave me excercises and a follow up.. one of their questions on paperwork was how did you hear of us and I came real close to writing miracle. Who would have known the wrong office ended up being the right office. Thank you
