Dr. Mason and the MA Sue Ann were absolute pros! I have been enduring a super inflammed in grown toe nail for over a month. I was in and out of my appointment in less than an hour and with much needed relief. It was obvious Dr. Mason had tons of experience, the procedure was smooth and quick. The only part that I felt pain was the first numbing shot. THANK YOU!

It's possible to overlook the overwhelming state of disrepair in this office. It's even possible to make allowances for the unprofessional look, dress and behavior of some of the staff. But it's NOT possible to ignore the incompetence of the Business Office. When a Patient's credibility and finances are threatened without cause, that's where I draw the line. Needless to say, find yourself another Provider.

I had an appointment today. I called and made this appointment over a month ago. I took the day off of work and needed to find care for my toddler during this appointment. I have an ingrown toe nail I need removed. I mentioned on the phone when making the appointment that I was 6 months pregnant and they didn’t act like that was an issue. When arriving to my appointment this morning I mentioned again I am now 7 months pregnant. The receptionist wrote in on my file but then again didn’t act like it was an issue. After being called back the doctor walked in and told me he can’t do anything because I’m pregnant and need to come back after I have the baby.
